Our Story

Like a lot of home buyers, our founder didn't know what to expect from a home inspection. When he purchased his first home, he went through the process the way most people do - a stranger walked through the property, pointed at a few things, handed over a report days later, and that was that.

It didn't feel right.

Buying a home is one of the largest financial decisions a person will ever make. That moment deserved more than a rushed walkthrough and a generic document. It deserved someone who would take the time to explain what they were seeing, walk the buyer through the findings in real time, and make sure they left the inspection feeling informed - not overwhelmed.

That experience became the foundation of Quality People. Built on the belief that buyers shouldn't have to decode their own inspection report alone, we set out to create something different: an inspection experience that is thorough, transparent, and genuinely educational from the moment we walk through the door.

Who We Are

Quality People is a licensed and insured home inspection company serving clients across Washington State. We hold ourselves to the highest standards in the industry - not because we have to, but because our clients deserve it. We use modern technology like thermal imaging with our inspections as a secondary to our thorough visual inspection. All our inspections follow the INTERNACHI Standards and Procedures. Here at QP, we encourage our clients to be present during the inspection. We'll walk you through the home in real time, explain what we're finding, answer your questions on the spot, and make sure you leave with a clear understanding of the property's condition - not just a stack of paper to figure out later when we deliver your report within 24 hours.
